Overview

Contact support@responsive.io to access this feature or request enablement.

Responsive is committed to keeping your data safe. We use the robust security and key management controls provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to protect the information of all our customers.

For customers who want additional security, Responsive allows customers to provide their own encryption key if they have an account with AWS Key Management Service (KMS). Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality takes an encryption key generated from AWS KMS and uses it to encrypt:

  • Any files and attachments
  • Q&A pairs in the Content Library
  • Section and Response templates
  • Project answers and section descriptions
  • Clarifications
  • Activities

See Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) FAQs for more information.

Setting up BYOK

  1. Go to Organization Settings > My Organization > Security > Others > Bring Your Own Key (BYOK).
