This feature allows Issuers to control and manage responses submitted after the designated deadline. Issuers can now choose to accept or reject late submissions based on project needs, providing greater flexibility in managing responder activities.
To Enable Late Submission setting:
This setting ensures that any responses submitted after the due date are flagged for your review.
When a responder submits a response after the due date, follow the below steps to manage the Late Submissions:
Note: You can filter the late submission responses using the Accept/Reject Late Bid column.
When attempting to submit a response after the deadline, responders will see this warning message:
"Your submission is overdue. The Issuer may accept or reject your response at their discretion. If you have any concerns, please contact the Request Owner."
Responders will receive an email notification confirming whether their late submission was accepted or rejected by the issuer.
