The Migrate to Projects feature allows you to convert an existing Guided Project into a full Response Project. This enables you to continue working with your existing Guided Project data while accessing advanced response management capabilities available in Response Projects.

After conversion, the newly created Response Project inherits relevant Guided Project data and includes a visual indicator showing that it was converted from a Guided Project.

Permissions

To convert a Guided Project into a Response Project, you must:

• Have permission to create Response Projects.

• Have access to the Guided Project Manage Project page.

• Have the Migrate to Projects feature enabled in Master Settings.

Convert a Guided Project into a Response Project

The conversion option is available only after the Guided Project has been created.

To convert a Guided Project:

1. Open the required Guided Project.

2. Go to the Manage Project page.

3. Click the 3-dot menu.

4. Select Convert to Response Projects. A confirmation window appears with information about the conversion process.

5. Review the pre-conversion details.

6. Enter the required Response Project details.

7. Click Proceed to Convert. Alternatively, click Cancel to stop the conversion process.

After the conversion is complete:

• A new Response Project is created using data inherited from the Guided Project.

• You are automatically redirected to the new Response Project Answering page.

• The converted project displays a Converted from GP indicator in the Response Projects list.
