Overview
Profile Questionnaire is a hub where you can include questionnaires in your profiles to better explain your business.
It's designed to streamline the import of completed response projects or standard templates into Profile Center as reusable questionnaires, eliminating redundancy and enhancing overall profile management.
Importing Response Projects as Profile Questionnaires
- Go to Profile Center > Profile Questionnaire.
- Do one of the following:
- If this is the first time you're adding a questionnaire, click Create your first Questionnaire.
- If you've already added questionnaires, click Add New.
- Click Choose from Completed Projects and complete the following fields:
- Questionnaire Name: Enter the questionnaire a name. This name is displayed when adding a questionnaire to profile sections.
Note: Each questionnaire name must be unique. - Internal Name: (Optional) Add an internal name for the questionnaire that can be referenced by team members.
- Type: Select the questionnaire type. You can create one by typing in and selecting it.
- Add Team Members: (Optional) Add team members to help manage the questionnaire.
- Click Continue.
- Select the project you want to import and click Add to Questionnaire.
Note: You can narrow down the list using the Project Name filter or the available advanced filters. - When the questionnaire is created a Preview page is displayed. Do the following:
- Use the Section index on the left panel, or click Previous or Next, to move through the sections and review them.
Note: You can expand or collapse the Section index. - Click Edit to edit the questionnaire details as necessary.
- Click Close to close the preview, then click Questionnaire to return to the Questionnaire list.
- Completed projects are imported to Profile Questionnaires as drafts in the Active tab, but only completed projects can be added to profiles. Go to the Active tab and click the three-dot menu, then select Mark as Complete in order to use it.
