Overview

You can update and manage multiple aspects of content within your Trust Center.

Creating and managing summaries

Summaries are brief overviews that clearly present key information.

Creating summaries

  1. Open the Trust Center and click + Add Summary.

  2. Write your summary in the text box and click Save.

Editing summaries

  1. Hover over the summary and click the Edit icon.
    Note: You can click the Delete icon to delete it.

  2. Make any necessary changes, then click Save. Once saved, a success message is displayed.
    Note: You can use the Read More option to expand the summary card to see the full summary.

Creating and managing internal notes

Internal notes is a dedicated space for team members to share essential information, exchange knowledge, and communicate effectively.

Creating and managing artifacts in sections

Artifacts such as questionnaires and documents can be added to sections from Projects and the Content Library.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • If you're using the Builder option, scroll to the section you want to add the document to and click either Add Resource if the section has no existing documents or Add if it does.

    • If you're using the Designer option, scroll to the Questionnaires and Documents section and click Add Content.

  2. The Add Questionnaires and Documents pop-up displays a list of artifacts. Click the Document radio button to see a list of documents or the Questionnaire radio button to see a list of questionnaires.

  3. (Optional) Use the advanced search options to filter the list.

  4. Select the artifacts you want to add by clicking the Add button next to them.

    • The Add button changes to a checkmark to indicate the selected documents were added, and they are displayed on the right.

    • To remove selected documents, click the X button next to them.

  5. Click Add to Trust Center. Once the artifact is added, you can:

    • Customize how they are displayed within the section. Choose from three different display modes: List, Tile, and Thumbnail.

    • Drag and drop to reorder them. For the Standard Builder, you can also move an item to a different section by dragging and dropping it to the desired section.
