Overview

You can filter questions by status (Not Answered, Partially Answered, Answered) and choose to dim or hide the others, helping you focus on what needs attention.

Filtering profile questionnaires

1. Open the questionnaire and click Q/A Filter at the top of the page to open the filter panel.

2. Select your Show Me filter options (All Questions, Answered, Not Answered, Partially Answered).
   Note: All Questions is the default option and selecting it clears other selections.

3. Select a Filter Display Behavior option. Dim reduces the prominence of non-matching questions; Hide removes them from the list.

4. Click Apply to apply the filters or Clear all to clear them.

   • The Apply button is enabled only when a change is made.

   • Your chosen filters (including pagination/section switches) persist until you clear (reset) them or leave the page.
