Adding Custom Compliance Framework badges to your Trust Center

Updated 11 days ago

Overview

The Trust Center's Badges section includes a standard list of compliance framework badges. If the certification you want to display (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) is not available in the dropdown list, you can create a custom badge type and upload its image directly through the Add Compliance Framework window.

  • You do not need to request that the certification be added to the standard list.

  • You can independently add a Custom Compliance Framework badge to your Trust Center by creating a new badge type, uploading its certification image, and publishing the updated profile.

Permissions

You must have:

  • Permission to edit the Trust Center profile (such as an Admin, Manager, or Collaborator role).

  • You have the certification badge image ready for upload. You can use .png, .jpg. or .svg formats.

Adding Custom Compliance Framework badges to your Trust Center

  1. Open your Trust Center and switch to Edit Mode.

  2. Go to the Badges section and select the option to add a badge to open the Add Compliance Framework window.

  3. Start typing the name of the certification you want to add (EU-US DPF for example) in the Compliance Framework field and select it.
Note: If the badge is not available in the list, select Add New Type to create a custom badge type.

  4. Upload the certification badge image, add an optional description, and save the changes.

    • The Add New Type option allows you to create badges beyond the standard compliance framework list, enabling most certifications to be added without contacting Support.

    • If you do not see the Add New Type option, it may be due to insufficient edit permissions. Contact your organization's Trust Center Admin or Responsive Support for assistance.

  5. Preview your Trust Center to verify that the badge appears correctly, then publish the changes.
