Working with the AI Usage Dashboard

Overview

The AI Usage Dashboard provides insights on how your users are interacting with Ask.
Note: Insights for the other Responsive AI products will be added in future releases.

Initially, the dashboard will show the current data. As time passes it will show the last 30 days of information. A timeframe filter will be added in a future release.

Working with the AI Usage Dashboard

To access the dashboard, navigate to Reports and click AI Usage Dashboard.

The top of the dashboard shows the number of active users, the total number of interactions with Ask, and the interactions per user. It also shows how the data has changed over the last 30 days. You can hover over the graph to see the number of interactions on the specific date.
Note: Each message that the user sends in an Ask conversation will be counted as an interaction.

The next section of the dashboard shows the features that are being used by your users, and the roles those users have.

The bottom of the report shows:

• User names

• User roles

• Interaction counts: How many times they invoked Ask out of all their Responsive interactions, and the percentage of total interactions.

• % Change vs. Prev: The percentage change from the last 30 days.
