Working with the AI Usage Dashboard

Overview

The AI Usage Dashboard provides insights on how your users are interacting with Ask.
Note: Insights for the other Responsive AI products will be added in future releases.

Initially, the dashboard will show the current data. As time passes it will show the last 30 days of information. A timeframe filter will be added in a future release.

Working with the AI Usage Dashboard

To access the dashboard, navigate to Reports and click AI Usage Dashboard.

The top of the dashboard shows the number of active users, the total number of interactions with Ask, and the interactions per user. It also shows how the data has changed over the time specified in the filter.
Note: Each message that the user sends in an Ask conversation will be counted as an interaction.

You can hover over the graph to see the number of interactions.

The next section of the dashboard shows the features that are being used by your users, and what percentage of your active users have utilized them.

You can see the roles those users have, with the number of AI interactions they had. It also shows the percentage change in the number of interactions they had. You can search for a specifc user by typing their name in the Search field.

Filtering the report

By default, the dashboard shows data for the last 30 days for Ask, AI Assistant, and AI Draft. You can change it using filters.

You can see usage:

• For the last specified number of days, weeks, or months, or for a date range

• By one or more feaures

• By one or more user
