Enabling IP restrictions

Overview

Being able to restrict access to sensitive content by secured IP addresses is a great feature for making sure the information entered in Responsive stays secure.

Enabling IP restrictions

  1. Go to Organization Settings > My Organization > Security. The Login Settings tab opens by default.
  2. Scroll down and turn on the IP Restrictions toggle.
  3. Enter the IP address or range in the text boxes provided.
    Note: If multiple ranges are used throughout the company, click + Add More IPs to add them.
  4. If an IP check is necessary for every login, check the Enforce IP check on every request box.
  5. Click Save.
