Overview

The Dashboard section within Request projects provides a centralized view of overall project activity, responder engagement, evaluation progress, and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) metrics. These dashboards help users monitor project performance and track activity across active Requests.

The Dashboards section can be accessed from the left navigation pane within the Request module.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to the Request project and select Dashboards from the left navigation pane.

The Dashboard displays key metrics and activity summaries related to Requests, Responders, Evaluations, and DDQs.

Viewing overall Request activities

The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of Request project activity across the platform, including:

• Total volume of Request projects

• Project status distribution

• Overall evaluation completion progress

• Global response return rates

These metrics help teams understand overall Request activity and monitor project progress more effectively.

Monitoring project status

The Dashboard categorizes projects based on their current status, including:

• Draft

• Published

• In Evaluation

• Completed

• Canceled

This allows users to quickly identify the current stage of active and completed projects.

Tracking responder engagement

The Dashboard also provides responder and vendor engagement insights, including:

• Total invitations sent

• Accepted invitations

• Submitted responses

• Declined invitations

Users can also view vendor engagement rankings to identify the most active responders and participating vendors.

Viewing responder summaries

Responder activity summaries may include:

• Total responder count

• Announcements

• Selected winners

• Rejected applicants

These summaries help teams track participation and selection progress throughout the Request lifecycle.

Monitoring evaluation progress

Evaluation-related metrics provide visibility into the scoring and review process, including:

• Consolidated evaluation completion percentage

• Progress across active evaluations

• Overall scoring activity

This helps internal teams monitor review completion and evaluation status.

Viewing DDQ metrics

For Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), the Dashboard provides additional operational metrics, including:

• Total DDQ count

• Questionnaire volume per DDQ

• Invited vendor counts

• Assigned DDQ owners

These insights help administrators manage DDQ-related activities and oversight more efficiently.
