The User Activity report shows how many sections and questions a user has answered, and verifies that team members have been doing the work assigned to them.
Click the 9-dot menu and select Reports.
Click User Report on the Reports and Dashboards page.
The User report page displays every user that has participated in the project, the amount of questions they've completed, the time they've spent on them, the questions they've reviewed, and more. Click Filter on the top navigation bar to filter the information, then click Apply.
You can filter on:
Business Units (Project belong to Business unit(s), Project shared with Business unit(s), Project belong to or shared with)
Users
Project Name
Project Type
Project Status
Project Stage
Category
Project Create Date
Your filter options are listed above the results. You can:
Click the X on each option to remove it.
Click Clear All to remove all of the filters.
Click the Save icon to save the filters.
Note: You can access saved filters by clicking the Saved Filters icon and selecting the filter you want to apply.
Click on the row (not the name) to view details about the user.
Note: You can click Export to export the information to an Excel spreadsheet.
