Overview

You can create sales proposal documents quickly using pre-created templates, or craft them from scratch using content from Content Library or your own custom content.

Proposals overview

The Proposals page is organized into four subpages: Active, My Proposals, Archive, and Trash. Click Proposals from the quick navigation menu to access them.
Note: The Active page is open by default.

Active page 

The Proposals page lists all the proposals created by users within your organization.

1. Displays the Bulk options that can be performed when multiple proposals are selected:
   • Move to Archive: Archives the proposal by moving it to the archive page.
   • Move to Trash: Move the proposal to the trash page. While moving to trash, you will have an option to either permanently remove the proposals or move them to trash.
   • Clear: Deselect/Clear the currently selected proposals.
2. Displays the list of proposals that have been generated within the organization.
3. Allows customizing the columns. You can add or remove the columns to be displayed on the page.
4. Quick actions you can perform by hovering the mouse over a proposal:
   • Preview : Generate a preview of the proposal.
     Note: The Preview icon displays only for the proposals with Ready or Shared status. Click anywhere on the row to open the preview.
   • Analytics : View the proposal's engagements and analytics.
   • Edit : Edit or make changes to the proposal.
     Note: The Edit icon displays only for the proposals with Draft or Redraft status. Click anywhere on the row to go to the edit proposal workflow.
5. The three-dot menu houses the following actions:
   • Move to Archive: Archives the proposal by moving it to the archive page.
   • Move to Trash: Move the proposal to the trash page. While moving to trash, you will have an option to either permanently remove the proposals or move them to trash.
   • Activity Log: Displays the activity log of the actions performed on the proposal.
6. Displays the current version number of the proposal.

My Proposals page

The My Proposal page lists the proposals that have been created by you.

1. Displays the Bulk options that can be performed when multiple proposals are selected:
   • Move to Archive: Archives the proposal by moving it to the archive page.
   • Move to Trash: Move the proposal to the trash page. While moving to trash, you will have an option to either permanently remove the proposals or move them to trash.

Archive page

To keep the Active Proposals and My Proposals pages tidy and organized, you can archive the proposals you no longer require.

1. Displays the Bulk options that can be performed when multiple proposals are selected:
   • Move to Archive: Archives the proposal by moving it to the archive page.
   • Move to Trash: Move the proposal to the trash page. While moving to trash, you will have an option to either permanently remove the proposals or move them to trash.
   • Clear: Deselect/Clear the currently selected proposals.

6. Displays the current version number of the proposal.

Trash page

You can move old and obsolete proposals to the Trash when they are no longer needed.

1. Displays the Bulk options that can be performed when multiple proposals are selected:
   • Move to Archive: Archives the proposal by moving it to the Archive page.
   • Delete Permanently: Permanently removing the proposal means it won't be found in the Trash page, and it cannot be restored.
   • Clear: Deselect/Clear the currently selected proposals.
