Overview
Content (such as sections, questions, and answers) can be auto-identified and marked while importing Microsoft Excel files, saving time for users.
- Over time, the application learns from user activity and becomes more intelligent. Until then, auto-identification may not appear with every imported documents.
- In order for the system to learn, header rows are required.
Using auto-identification with Microsoft Excel imports
- Import the Excel spreadsheet.
- Select the sheets that can be auto-identified and click Confirm.

- Review the document and start the auto-identification process.

- The document appears marked and a confirmation message displays.
- Auto-Identification can be started at any time by clicking the Lightning Bolt icon at the top of the screen.
- Specific sheets within a document can be auto-identified by clicking This sheet can be Auto-Identified.
- Sheets that have been auto-identified appear with the lightning/checkmark symbol.
