Responsive AI uses your Content Library to generate tailored outputs using natural language generation, which inherently involves rephrasing and synthesis. However, you can mark Q&A pairs as verbatim to ensure certain content types (such as legal or regulatory text, compliance statements, and technical specifications) are preserved verbatim to preserve accuracy, legal compliance, and brand integrity.
This ensures that critical content is not altered and accuracy is preserved without sacrificing AI efficiency.
The Verbatim icon appears as a badge next to verbatim sources as a visual indicator.
Multiple sources are separated for easy readability.
Notes:
Verbatim content will be generated by Responsive AI exactly as saved in the Content Library. It is possible for users to modify it by clicking the AI Grammar button after the initial generation.
The AI Grammar button cannot be disabled for Verbatim content currently. Please contact your Product team to determine the best approach if necessary.
