Guided Projects support mapping document content into a structured hierarchy to improve navigation, answering, and document generation. You can use sub-sections and sub-questions to represent detailed document structures from imported files.
When you upload or import a supported document, Responsive automatically identifies and tags sections, sub-sections, questions, and sub-questions where possible. You can review and modify these mappings or manually create additional mappings as needed.
Sub-section and sub-question mapping helps preserve the structure of the source document, making it easier to organize content, provide responses at a granular level, and generate exports that closely match the original document.
When you upload or import a supported document, Responsive analyzes the document structure and automatically creates mappings. The system uses document formatting and hierarchy indicators to identify relationships between content elements.
After the import process completes, review the generated mappings and make updates if needed.
If Responsive does not identify all hierarchy levels correctly, you can manually create or update mappings.
