What security settings can be configured for an Account

Overview

The Security Settings page allows users and administrators to manage account security and control how users access the application. These settings help protect user accounts by managing authentication methods, password policies, session settings, and other security-related options.

Accessing security settings

  1. Sign in to the application.

  2. Navigate to Organization Settings.

  3. Click My Organization > Security.

Managing security settings

Depending on your organization's configuration, you can configure one or more of the following settings:

  • Change your account password.

  • Configure password policies.

  • Enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • Manage login and authentication settings.

  • Configure session timeout or inactivity settings.

  • Manage trusted devices or active sessions, if available.

  • Review account security preferences.

After making the required changes, click Save to apply the updated settings.

Important information

  • The available security settings depend on your organization's configuration and your user role.
