You can build an agent with Agent Studio that allows users to upload a template or sample file (Word or PDF). The files will be interpreted, processed, and used as you have defined in the agent. This allows you to perform tasks like creating an analysis of your competitors and generating cover letters.  

1. Click the upload option at the bottom of the Define your agent’s purpose page and upload a sample file.
   Note: You can click the Preview icon to preview the file, the </> icons to preview the structure, or the Trash icon to delete it.
   

   

   1. Once uploaded, Agent Studio extracts the file’s structure (such as headings, placeholders, or content layout) and displays that structure in an editable view. Manually change it, or click Refine to provide instructions to Responsive AI on how to update it.
      
      
      
      

      Note: The structure is displayed by default. You can toggle between the extracted structure and the text of the original document. This ensures you can define how agents should interpret and use the uploaded file, while still retaining full control over the structure and edits.
