What is Responsive's Early Access Program?
Updated 5 months ago

Overview

The Early Access Program (EAP) enables qualifying customers to try upcoming beta capabilities before general availability. These capabilities are clearly labeled as Beta within the Responsive Platform and are designed to give early visibility into new functionality while allowing you to provide feedback that directly shapes future product development.

What is the Early Access Program?

The EAP provides participating customers with access to select beta capabilities that are still under active development. These capabilities are:

  • Clearly marked within the product UI with a Beta label
  • Released to collect user feedback, validate value, and drive iterative improvement
  • Designed to be customer-driven—evolving in response to real-world usage and input

Participation is optional, and beta capabilities are made available selectively based on licensing eligibility and product configuration.

How do I join the Early Access Program?

You can request Early Access capabilities by contacting your designated Customer Success manager (CSM) or Account manager (AM). Requests will be evaluated based on your product licensing and eligibility, as defined by Responsive’s internal packaging and permissions policies. Once approved:

  • Early Access capabilities will be activated by your Responsive team
  • Activation begins on May 29, 2025, in conjunction with our Spring Release
  • Features will be surfaced in-product and clearly marked as Beta
