When the user already has an account with responsive and receives an invitation to participate in an RFP, they can login and accept invitation to start responding to the RFP.
Click View RFP link in the email invitation.
If the user already has a Responsive account, they will be prompted to log in.
Once the user logs in, they can view the invitation and can accept or decline the same. Click Continue to Preview.
Click Accept Invite.
Once the user accepts the invite you can directly land on the answering page.
From there users can start responding to the questions in the questionnaire
Issued Projects
Select the Team tab from the left pane.
Once on the Team tab, click Add Team Members.
You will be presented with two options: Add Existing Users or Add New Users.
For existing users, begin typing in the name or email address of the existing user and select the correct users from the suggestions.
For new users, users will have the option to enter an email address of a new user and invite them to access the project.
