The Executive Dashboard displays details such as the project stage, project type, Answer Library usage, totals (for projects, sections and questions), how long it takes to complete projects, top authors, Project Value, project stage vs average days, the Project Completion report, the Catalog Associated report, Auto-Respond usage and much more.

The Content Library Dashboard provides a high-level view of the content in your Content Library and how it is being managed. Use it to quickly understand content volume, review health, usage trends, and ownership coverage—then drill into the Content Library to take action.

The Application Usage dashboard is generated based on the active time that a user spends in the application minus idle time.

This report extracts keywords from project questions so you can see which topics your issuers are most interested in. You can search and filter for specific keywords as well as specify which keywords should be ignored.

The Content Review Status Dashboard helps you track and manage content reviews. It provides a centralized, real-time view of all ongoing reviews across statuses—making it easier to identify bottlenecks, reassign reviews if needed, and ensure timely completion.
