The Analytics tab within your Trust Center contains information that empowers you to stay on top of its progress. You can see detailed metrics on performance, including usage time, views, downloads, engagement stats, artifact information, and other metrics.
Open the Trust Center and click the Analytics tab to access the insights.
The dashboard has the following sections:
Trust Center Analytics: Displays the view and download statistics of the Trust Center, questionnaires, and attached documents and the time spent.
Note: Interactions of non-verified viewers, exclusive to public Trust Centers, are displayed as Anonymous.
Engagement Stats: Displays a visual breakdown of who has viewed the Trust Center: verified users vs. anonymous viewers (for public Trust Centers) and both views and shares (for private Trust Centers).
Questionnaires & Documents: Displays the most/least viewed, most/least downloads and most/least time spent on artifacts.
Note: You can sort the list based on these metrics.
Recent Views: Displays a list of recent interaction by visitors and their metrics.
Export: Click to download the analytics as an Excel file.
Use the Date Filter drop-down list to filter data by predefined or custom date ranges (including all-time), allowing you to analyze both recent trends and overall performance.
The list includes the following options:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days (the default)
Last 90 days
All time:
Displays complete historical analytics data with no date restriction.
Choosing this option resets any previously selected custom or preset range.
Custom range
Opens a date picker with a dual-month calendar view where you can select a start and end date.
Includes a Back to presets option.
The selected filter applies to the following components, and persist during your entire session and across interactions within the Analytics page:
Summary cards (Visits, Views, Downloads, and Time Spent)
Engagement Stats chart
Questionnaires and Documents tables
Recent Views table
