Project Activity Logs provide visibility into actions performed within a project. Use this feature to review project history, track changes, and monitor activity performed by project members. Activity logs help teams understand project progress, identify recent updates, and maintain accountability across project-related work.
The activity log records activities at both the project level and the question level, enabling you to review changes and actions in a centralized location.
To view project activity logs:
Navigate to Guided Projects.
Identify the required project.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Activities.
The Activity Log page opens and displays a chronological history of activities associated with the project. Activities are grouped by date to make it easier to review project events over time.
By default, the activity log displays a limited number of activity entries for each date group. To view additional entries, click View more. The system expands the section and displays additional activity details.
The activity log supports two activity views:
Project Activity – Displays actions performed at the project level.
Question Activity – Displays actions related to individual questions within the project.
To switch between views, select either Project Activity or Question Activity. The activity list updates based on the selected view. You can further filter activity logs to view actions performed by a specific user and/or event.
