Overview

The ROI report shows metrics on how Responsive helps your users be productive, as well as how the metrics and key operational efficiencies have changed over time.

Working with the ROI (Return on Investment) report

Use the ROI report to get insights on how Responsive is helping your company’s response management efforts. You can see:

  • How many projects were created in a specific time period

  • The average completion time for your projects

  • How many questions were answered manually vs. automatically

You can hover over the graph to see details about that time period.

At the bottom, a table shows key metrics for:

  • Total project value (Win Business)

  • Average project value (Win Business)

  • Average project completion time (Operational Efficiency)

  • Average time spent per project (Operational Efficiency)

  • The percentage of manual answering (Operational Efficiency)

  • The percentage of answers where AI was used (Operational Efficiency)

  • The percentage of answers where AI was used and the responses were not edited (Operational Efficiency)

  • Average time spent per question (Operational Efficiency)

You can click the row of a report to to display a new panel with a graph showing how the metric has changed. Hover over the graph to see its details.

The data you see depends on the filters you are using.

You can filter on:

  • Project Created Date (three months is the default)

  • Business units:

    • Projects that belong to specific Business Units (BUs)

    • Projects that are shared with specific BUs

    • Project that belong to specific BUs and are shared with them

  • Project Status

  • Project Type

  • Custom fields
