Overview
When the questionnaire asks that you select one answer in a radio format from multiple columns, use a multi-column radio button as the answer type. Users can choose the multi-column radio button answer type while configuring the Excel file.
Using multi-column radio buttons as answer types in Excel
- Select the Answer column and map it with Answer from the right menu options.

- When the Answer Configuration pop-up displays, change the Answer Header to Response (optional) and select Multi-Column Radio as the Answer Type.
- Enter the Column Name, Value in File and Value in UI values.
- Click Add Answer Option to add more values if needed; then click Save.

- Click Import to import the file.
- On the Answering Page, answer the questions and export the responses in the source.
Note: Upon export the responses can be found in the exact column.
