Your role in Responsive, and its associated permissions, determine what you can see and do within the application. All active users have a role.
Use case: You're unable to see something in Responsive that you should, or you can't perform a necessary task.
Click your avatar at the top right of the page and select My Account. The Profile tab displays by default, and your role(s) and email address appear next to your photo.
Click your role or the View all permissions icon next to it see your permissions.
The permissions are divided into product areas which are listed on the left side of the page.
If a permission has a green checkmark, you have that permission included with your role.
You can update your Location and Job Role from your profile.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My Account.
On the Profile tab, click directly in the Location or Job Role field.
Enter your changes.
Click the ✓ (Checkmark) to save the update.
If you cannot edit the field or your changes are not saved:
Refresh the page or clear your browser cache, then try again.
If the field is still unavailable or unresponsive, contact your organization's Administrator. An Admin can update your profile information from Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
