Scorer

Overview

The Scoring functionality enables designated evaluators to assess responder submissions by assigning ratings in accordance with the predefined evaluation criteria established for a Request Project. Evaluators conduct independent reviews, submit formal ratings, and provide commentary, all of which contribute directly to the overall evaluation and final award determination.

By facilitating systematic reviews, standardized scoring, and formal assessments by designated evaluators, the Scorer functionality promotes a rigorous and consistent evaluation process. This framework ensures that all responder submissions undergo objective assessment against identical criteria prior to the final award decision.

Key Features:

• Evaluate responder submissions against predefined criteria.

• Assign scores using the configured scoring methodology.

• Add evaluation comments where required.

Accessing Assigned Evaluations

1. Sign in to the application.

2. Navigate to Scoring.

3. Open the Request Project assigned to you for evaluation.

4. Select the responder submission you want to evaluate. 

   

Scoring a Response

1. Review the responder's submission, including all responses and supporting documents.

2. Navigate through each evaluation criterion or scoring section.

3. Assign a score based on the defined scoring scale.

4. Provide comments or justifications, if required.

5. Repeat the process until all evaluation criteria have been scored.

6. Review the completed evaluation.

7. Click Submit all scores or Complete Evaluation.

8. Confirm the submission if prompted.
