Overview
When responding to question that have answer choices in a different column, and you can select multiple answers, use checkbox as the answer type.

When the questionnaire asks users to mark the appropriate boxes in multiple columns.
Using checkboxes as answer types in Excel
- Select the Answer column and map it with Answers from the right options menu.

- When the Answer Configuration pop-up displays, change the Answer Header to Response (optional) and select Checkbox as the Answer Type.
- Enter the Column, Value in File, and Value in UI values.
- Click Add Answer Option to add more values if needed; then click Save.

- Click Import to import the file.
- On the Answering Page, answer the questions and export the responses in the source.
Note: Upon export the responses can be found in the exact column.
