Filtering questions and answers within projects

Updated 14 days ago

Overview

Using the All/My toggles to filter on the Sections and Answering pages allows you to quickly find what you need, such as questions without answers, questions with open comments, or flagged content.

Filtering questions and answers within projects

You can filter by All/My Sections on the Sections page and by All/My Questions on the Answering page.
Note: Viewing preferences (including All/My Questions) are saved at the user level when navigating directly through the Project page. Navigating via My Work maintains the filter context set in My Work.

Filtering in Sections

Go to the Sections page an use the All/My Sections toggle to filter for the sections you need to work.

Filtering in the Answering page

Go to the Answering page and use the All/My Questions toggle to filter for the questions you need to work.

If your organization uses My Work, there are additional filters to choose from when My Questions is toggled on:

  1. In a section, click the My Work toggle to see all your questions.

  2. Toggle to My Questions to see the available filters, and select the checkboxes for the ones you want to apply to your questions.
Note: The filter is only available when the My Work toggle is enabled.

The toggle preference stays sticky or not based on how you access the information. If you arrive via My Work → Dashboard → My Questions, the page retains the My Questions context from that navigation path, even if you manually switched to All Questions during the session. If you want the All Questions toggle to persist:

  1. Exit the current project view and navigate directly to the project from the Projects page (not via My Work or Dashboard).

  2. Open the Answering page from there — All Questions now persist as expected.
