Overview

The File Mapping Agent automatically detects relevant labels and maps them to your content when creating Guided Projects. You can modify or remap these labels during the review process as needed.

Mapping labels to content

You can review and edit the pre-mapped labels using either Guided Mode (the default) or Freeform Mode.

  • Guided Mode walks you through the review process, allowing you to make quick adjustments with the assistance of the Labeling Guide.
  • Freeform Mode allows you to manually map labels on your own, giving you more control over the document structure and allowing for more flexible edits. In this mode:
    • The Table of Content helps you see all sections and their corresponding questions for easier navigation.
    • You can click Clear Sheet to remove all label mapping from the document so you can manually assign labels as needed.

Using Guided mode

  1. When the Labeling Guide page displays, hover over the field .
  2. Click the content you want to label, then select the label you want to assign to that content and click Yes to apply the label to all the identified content.
    Note: You can click and drag to select multiple contents and map them to a label.
  3. Review the suggested items that Responsive AI automatically identifies and suggests similar content for labeling.
  4. After mapping one label, click Next to proceed to the next one. Repeat these steps for all labels.
  5. Click Proceed.

Using Freeform mode

  1. Click Switch Freeform Mode, then click Use Freeform Mapping and select the field you want to configure.
  2. Choose the appropriate label to map it to the selected content.
    • You can click and drag to select multiple contents and map them to a label.
    • If the content is already mapped, the other labels are disabled.
  3. Responsive AI automatically identifies similar content and suggests it for labeling. Navigate through and review the suggested items.
  4. Click Yes to apply the label to all the identified content.
  5. (Optional) Click Clear Sheet to remove all existing labels if you want to start fresh.
  6. Click Proceed.
