Using radio buttons as answer types in Excel

Overview

When a questionnaire asks that you respond to a question which has choices in a column, use a radio button as the answer type. Users can choose this answer type while configuring the Excel file.

Question A has answer choices of Yes, No, or N/A and one needs to be selected as a response.

Using radio buttons as answer types in Excel

  1. Select the Answer column and map it with Answer from the right options menu.
  2. When the Answer Configuration pop-up displays, change the Answer Header to Response (optional) and select Radio as the Answer Type.
  3. Enter the Value in File and Value in UI values.
  4. Click Add Answer Option to add more values if needed; then click Save.
  5. Click Import to import the file.
  6. On the Answering Page, answer the questions and export the responses in the source.
    Note: Upon export the responses can be found in the exact column.
