Once a request is published, you can add additional responders to the project and invite them to respond.
From the Request Projects page, click Manage Responders from the left navigation pane.
Click Add Responders and select one of the following options:
From Directory
Create/Upload
In the Select Responders drawer, select the responder(s) you want to add.
[Optional] You can use the search box in the upper-right corner to find specific responders.
Use the available filters to narrow the list by:
Company Name
Type
Contact
Tags
Click Clear to remove all applied filters.
To view additional information about a responder, click the (i) icon.
Click Add Responders.
To invite the newly added responders, go to the Manage Responders page, select the responder(s), and click Send Invite.
On the Create tab, enter the details of the responder you want to add.
[Optional] Click + Add Contact to add additional contacts.
Note: At least one contact is required to add a responder.
[Optional] Select the Send Invite checkbox to send an invitation immediately after creating the responder.
Click Add.
Select the Upload tab.
Download the Excel template.
Note: You can also upload your own file if it follows the same structure and includes all mandatory fields.
Update the template with the responder details you want to add.
[Optional] Select the Send Invite checkbox to send invitations immediately after the responders are uploaded.
Click Select File and browse to the file, or drag and drop the file into the upload area.
For responders added using Create/Upload, if the Send Invite checkbox is selected:
The Invite Responders popup is displayed (after the responder is created or uploaded).
You can review or modify the Subject and Message fields.
Click Invite to send the invitation.
If the Send Invite checkbox is not selected you can send the invitation from the Manage Responders page.
Select the responder(s).
Then click Send Invite.
On the Invite Responders popup, you can review or modify the Subject and Message fields.
Click Invite to send the invitation.
Note: Responders created within a request project using Create/Upload are automatically added to the responder directory. They are available in the From Directory option for future projects and can be managed from the Responders tab in the Requests page.
The Status column on the Manage Responders page displays the current status of each responder.
Not Invited: The responder has been added but has not been invited.
Invited: The invitation has been sent.
Opened: The responder has opened the invitation.
Accepted: The responder has accepted the invitation.
Responded: The responder has submitted a response.
Declined: The responder has declined the invitation.
