Overview

You can import multiple documents (Word documents, PDFs, or Excel files) to a project, one at a time.

Importing multiple documents to a project

Once a document is uploaded, you can upload the next one from the Project Dashboard page, Section page, or Documents page.

Importing documents from the Dashboard page

  1. Select Dashboard from the left navigation menu, then click Menu at the top of the page and select View Import Configuration.
  2. On the next page, click the three-dot Menu and select Add New File.

Importing documents from the Section page

  1. Select Sections from the left navigation menu, then click Menu at the top of the page and select View Import Configuration.
  2. On the next page, click the three-dot Menu and select Add New File.

Importing documents from the Documents page

  1. Select Documents from the left navigation menu.
  2. When the Project Documents page appears, click Add Files, then browse and select the file to be imported.
  3. Once the file is added, click the three-dot Menu associated with it and select View Properties.
  4. Click Change to Import File.
  5. Click the three-dot Menu and select View Configuration to open the Import page and configure the imported file.
