For the March 2026 Release, Responsive is delivering the ability to connect the following AI models with Responsive:

This allows you to:

Generate responses with a TRACE score
Get a list of questions that have been assigned to you
Get projects assigned to you
Get sections and section details
Get unanswered questions assigned to user

To perform the integration, you must:
Be an Administrator
Have access to a ChatGPT product or OpenAI dashboard where Connectors / Developer Mode / MCP Servers are enabled (e.g., ChatGPT Pro/Enterprise or Developer Tools Beta).
Have a remote MCP server URL that implements the MCP protocol (your own or a third-party).
To access the interface to begin the integration, perform the following steps:
Log in to ChatGPT or the OpenAI Dashboard
Open your settings
Click Create app to navigate to your list of connectors and MCP servers
In ChatGPT or OpenAI Dashboard, add the new server:
In the Connectors / MCP section, click Add MCP Server (or similar action, depending on the platform you’re using).
Enter the appropriate information about the MCP server to define it.

When you are finished, click Create. The server will now appear in your Connectors list.
Note: Please make sure the server is enabled. It cannot be used if it is not enabled.
In ChatGPT or OpenAI Dashboard, activate the new server.
In ChatGPT or OpenAI Dashboard, users can now enter a prompt and get a response based on content in Responsive.
Log in to Claude and select Settings.
Find Responsive in the connectors, and then click Configure.
Make sure the tools are set to Always allow.
Now your users can interact with Responsive using Claude.
