Response Comparison and Scoring allow you to evaluate vendor submissions side by side, assign scores, and collaborate with your team in one place. You can review responses across sections, apply structured scoring, add notes, and request clarifications before finalising your decision.

How it works

Start by navigating to Response Comparison to review vendor responses side by side. You can select which responders to include and compare their answers across different sections.

Move to Scoring to evaluate responses. For each question, review the vendor’s answer and assign a score. Scores contribute to section totals based on predefined weightings and priorities. You’ll also see which team members are assigned as scorers and whether sections are complete.

As you review responses, you can add notes to capture important context or observations. If you need more information from a vendor, you can open the negotiation panel and send a clarification request tied to a specific question.

Once all scoring is complete and sections are marked as ready, submit your scores. You can then export the results for further analysis or sharing.

You can also manage participants under Manage Responders, where you can track vendor status, deadlines, and participation throughout the process.
