Using Search Filters in the Content Library

Overview
Search filters help you quickly narrow down Content Library results based on ownership, dates, projects, reviews, tags, translations, content quality, and other metadata. You can apply one or more filters together to locate the exact content you need.
The available filters vary depending on the Content Library page you're working in, such as Library, Moderation, Review, Archive, Trash, Translation, Insights, DeDupe, or Duplicate Assistant.
Before you begin
Search filters can be combined to create more targeted searches.
Some filters are available only on specific Content Library pages.
The filters available may differ based on the selected content type and page.
Note:
If your organization has Responsive AI, you can use Smart Search to search using natural language instead of manually applying filters. Example prompts are included throughout this article.
Content Library Filters
Add By Users
Use these filters to search for content based on the users associated with it.
Owners
Find content owned by one or more users.
Supported operators
Operator | Description |
Any | Returns content owned by any of the selected users. |
All | Returns content owned by all selected users. |
Exclude | Excludes content owned by the selected users. |
