The Seismic integration with Responsive is a two-way integration - meaning Seismic and Responsive have a bridge between the two platforms.

Permissions

Admins with access to Organization settings can enable the integration.

Setting Up the Responsive Integration with the Seismic Enablement Cloud

1. Go to Organization Settings >Integrations > Collaboration and , then click Configure next to Seismic and turn the Enable Account toggle on.
2. Enter the Tenant ID from the URL you see after you have logged into Seismic in the Tenant ID field.
   • The Tenant ID from the URL will be formatted as https://<TenantID>.
   • The Tenant ID is the portion of the URL you see after you have logged into Seismic. For example, if the URL is https://MYCOMPANYNAME.seismic.com, you only need to enter MYCOMPANYNAME in the Tenant ID field.
3. Click Verify Tenant ID to make sure the ID you supplied is correct.
4. Click Submit. when you get a success message. You can now use Seismic with our application.
