Overview

When assigning users to a section or a project, you can view a complete list of all group members by using the % symbol.

Assigning Users to Specific Sections

1. Open a project and navigate to the Sections page.
2. Select the checkbox associated with the sections to be assigned.
3. Click Manage Users from the header bar.
   
4. The Manage Users pop-up appears. Select the required tab (either Authors, Reviewers, Guests).
   
5. Enter the % symbol in the Authors Name field to get a complete list of all members of the team, which you can then select.
    

Assigning Users to Entire Projects

1. Navigate to the Team tab and click Add People in the top right.
   
2. Select Add Existing Users or Add New Users. The respective pop-up appears.
3. Enter the % symbol to search for users as shown in the image below:
