It can be challenging for organizations to decide whether or not to invest the time and resources for a complex response without knowing first if they can win the opportunity.
The Fit Analysis Agent reviews your proposals and compares them to the information in your Content Library to see if the proposal would be a good fit for you to pursue. It checks for:
Required certifications
Compliance with specified regulations
Compliance with contractual requirements
Compliance with data privacy requirements
Conflicts of interest
How well your organization matches the functional requirements
Required integrations
Scalability
A proven track record in required areas
The agent also compares the proposals to similar, completed projects:
Whether the bid is a good fit based on how much time and staff were needed to complete similar projects compared with how much time remains for this one
Whether the bid is a good fit based on key performance factors from similar projects
When you upload a file to be analyzed, the agent will store the results of the analysis. If you upload the file again, the analysis results will be cached for six months:
Identical file upload: Uploading the same, unchanged file within the six-month window will use the cached results immediately in the Canvas, skipping a new analysis
Edited file upload: If a file is edited and then uploaded, a new analysis will be performed, and these new results will also be cached for six months
Original file re-upload: Re-uploading the original file again (after uploading an edited version) will display the analysis results for the original file, provided the upload is still within the original six-month caching window.
To invoke the Fit Analysis Agent, click Ask at the top of most pages in Responsive and select Fit Analysis Agent on the Ask window.
