You can see the recorded activities for a project (or piece of content), such as when it was created, who worked on it, and more, on the Activities page. Powerful filters can help you find the information you need quickly.
Open the project, then select Activities from the left navigation pane. The Activities page opens on the Project Activity tab by default and lists all activities for the project.
Do the following as needed:
Click one of the activities to see details about it.
Click the Q&A Activity tab to view Q&A activity.
Use the Search box at the top of the screen to perform an advanced search.
Click the Filter icon for each heading to see a menu of options. Select the ones you want, and then click Apply.
Click Export to export the activities on the page to an Excel file.
Hover over the Answered and Reviewed percentage indicators at the top of the screen to see how many questions need to be answered or reviewed.
Note: The Reviewed percentage updates only after the reviewer saves their work. If the activity log shows the review is complete, but the indicator doesn't reflect that, ensure the reviewer clicked Save after marking their responses as reviewed.
