Once a request has been issued to responders, you can edit the questionnaire if needed. Once your edits are complete, you must republish the request as an addendum. After it is published, the changes are visible only to vendors (responders). If no updates are required after creating an addendum, discard the draft instead of publishing.
To edit a questionnaire, click Questionnaire from the left navigation pane.
Click Edit. A confirmation pop-up appears.
Click Yes.
On the Section page, click the section you wish to edit.
Click Reopen Section. A confirmation pop-up appears.
Click Confirm.
Make the required edits. You can add, edit, or delete questions.
Click Publish. The COMPARISON pop-up appears where you can view the added, edited, and/or deleted questions.
Click Publish.
Note:
The request is republished as an addendum, and vendors, upon their next login, must accept the addendum to proceed.
If a vendor has already saved responses to the questionnaire, those responses will be cleared for the updated questions, and the vendor will be required to respond again before submitting.
If a vendor has already submitted a proposal, the proposal will be reopened and the updated questions will require a response before resubmission.
An email will be triggered to the responders notifying them of the updates made.
