Overview

Internal contacts are users selected to field questions directly from colleagues within Responsive. Internal contacts typically own the Responsive application internally and are the first line of defense against all questions for the organization.

With individual contacts assigned, users can select Email internal contact in the footer of Responsive, allowing them to send a direct message to any or all assigned internal contacts.

Assigning users as internal contacts

1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users and click on the user to be assigned as an Internal Contact.
2. Under the Attributes section, check the Internal Contact box.
   
3. Click Save.
