AI Draft displays a Stalled message during response generation

If a Stalled message displays while generating a response with AI Draft, check whether the question already contains an existing response or if the Answer toggle is turned on; AI Draft cannot overwrite an existing response.

To generate a new AI Draft response:

1. Clear or remove the existing response from the question.

2. Verify that the question no longer contains a saved response.

3. Run AI Draft again.

Once the existing response has been removed, AI Draft will generate a new response successfully.

AI-generated responses mention the wrong instance

The AI Assistant can use the name specified in your Organization Settings as part of its responses. If this name is set incorrectly(i.e., an internal name), that name will appear in the generated contents.

To change the name, navigate to Organization Settings > Responsive AI > Preferences. Change the name in the AI Assistant Instance Name to the correct one. Save your change.
