The Instruction Tagging feature enables Content Editors and Proposal Managers to identify, classify, and manage instructional content within documents.
Instruction tags help distinguish prompts, labels, guidance text, and other non-question content during document markup, answering workflows, and export processing. You can apply Instruction tags manually or allow the system to automatically identify instructional content when the document loads.
Use this feature to:
Identify instructional content separately from Questions and Answers.
Improve document structure and metadata accuracy.
Provide additional context and guidance during answering workflows.
Simplify export mapping and downstream document processing.
