For customers who manage their plan online, you can access your plans and billing content directly in the application.
Note: If you receive a project invitation (such as an RFP from a third party) that gets linked to your trial account instead of your active paid instance, contact our Support team to merge the trial account into the paid account.
The Plans and Billing portal is only available to the Super Admin, and those designated by the Super Admin as a billing contact. You can assign any number of billing contacts, but you must designate them before the field is visible.
Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
Click the user you want to add as a billing contact.
Check the Billing box under the Attribute section to designate the person as a billing contact.
Click Save. The designated users can view the plans and billing page by doing the following:
Click your avatar within the platform.
Select Plans and Billing.
