How to tell which answers are from the Answer Library and which are from Auto-Respond

Overview

As the process of responding to an RFP/questionnaire is coming to an end, a lot of questions will be marked with checkmarks as completed. However, as a reviewer it will be important to know if the answers came from the Answer Library, Auto Respond, or if a team member wrote a new answer.

How to tell which answers are from the Answer Library and which are from Auto-Respond

1. Select the menu for the project, and then click Project Dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the Answer Library and Past Project Usage chart. You can see the statistics on your Answer Library usage, and click on the bars to see the questions for each one.
