You can view the activity logs for Trust Centers or questionnaires.

Viewing activity logs

Viewing Trust Center activity logs

From the main Trust Center page, click the three-dot Menu associated with the Trust Center and select Activities.

1. Activities are grouped by date.

2. Each activity type is displayed as a color-coded chip.

3. Find specific activities using the search box and the available filters.

Viewing questionnaire activity logs

From the Questionnaire page, click the three-dot Menu associated with the questionnaire and select Activities.

1. Activities are grouped by date.

2. Each activity type is displayed as a color-coded chip.

3. Find specific activities using the search box and the available filters.
