Overview

You can add Team Members to Trust Centers as sharers or collaborators.

• Sharer: Users with this permission can view, share, and download the Trust Center.

• Collaborator: Users with this permissions can create, edit, view, share, and download the Trust Center.

New Team Members will be guided through essential onboarding tasks for 90 days from their first login. These tasks include completing their Trust Center, uploading necessary documents, creating an intake, accessing learning resources and joining the community.

Permissions

You must be an Admin or manager to complete this task, and only users with Admin and Manager roles can be assigned as Collaborators. Users with limited permissions are highlighted in red and must be removed to proceed. Learn more about permissions here.

Adding Team Members to Trust Center

Team Members can be added from the Active tab of Trust Center and the Team tab of a specific Trust Center.

Inviting Team Members from the Active tab

1. Go to the Team column of the Active tab and click a users avatar to open the Manage Team Members pop-up.

2. Search for and select the people you want to add to the team (you can add multiple Team Members at a time).
   Note: If you want to manage an entire team, you can click Manage Entire Team on the Manage Team Members pop-up to switch to the Team tab, then add team members by following these instructions.

3. Select the permission you want the selected members to have from the drop-down list.

4. Click Add Members.

Inviting Team Members from the Team tab of a specific Trust Center

1. Go to the Team tab within a Trust Center and click Add Team Members. The Manage Team Members pop-up with a list of members who have access is displayed.

2. Search for and select the people you want to add to the team (you can add multiple Team Members at a time).

3. Select the permission you want the selected members to have from the drop-down list.

4. Click Add Members.
