Enabling sign up restrictions by email domain

Overview

The easiest way to control who has access to your Responsive instance is to limit it to your company’s specific email domain. This restriction provides another layer of security by only allowing users in the system with company domains.

Enabling sign up restrictions by email domain

1. Go to Organization Settings > My Organization > Security. The Login Settings tab opens by default.
2. Turn on the Domain Restrictions toggle.
3. Enter the domains you want to allow invitations to be sent to.
   Note: Domains are only the information behind the @ symbol.
4. Click Save.
