Overview

Responsive two-factor authentication (2FA) helps safeguard access to data and applications while maintaining simplicity for users. It provides additional security by requiring a second form of authentication and delivers strong authentication via Google Authenticator or Duo mobile authenticator applications.

Activating two-factor authentication for your account

1. Install any one of the following authenticator app on your smartphone using one of the URLs below:
   • Google Authenticator

2. In Responsive, go to My Account, click the Settings tab, then click Generate Secret Key.
   Note: Contact the Customer Success Team, or customersuccess@responsive.io, if you don't see this option.
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your mobile device to receive the verification codes. A new code will be generated every 30 seconds.
   
   
4. Enter two consecutive codes displayed on the authenticator app into the Verification Code 1 and Verification Code 2 fields, then click Validate. The account will be connected after validation and you will receive a success message.
5. Log in to the application as usual using your username and password.
6. Next, enter the secret key and click Validate.
   
7. Your start page displays and you can begin working.
