Zoho CRM Integration Manual

Overview

Zoho CRM is an add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, to enable it.

The advanced capabilities and seamless synchronization of Zoho CRM helps you streamline your sales and customer relationship management processes. With this integration, you can effortlessly access crucial information within a familiar and intuitive environment.

Permissions

Admins and user roles with access to Organization Settings can enable and configure this feature. If allowed by the admins, specified user roles can also configure individual instances of Zoho CRM from the My Account page.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Integrations > CRM. Enable Zoho CRM and click Configure.Zoho
    2. Enter a name for the instance, select the type of instance, and choose the sync frequency.
      Note: If Business Units (BUs) are enabled for your organization, you can choose to make the integration available to all BUs or a specific unit.

    4. Click Connect to Zoho CRM to establish a connection to the Zoho CRM instance.

    5. Sign in to your Zoho CRM account, then select the Zoho CRM instance you want to connect to and click Submit.

    6. Click Accept when you are prompted to grant Responsive access to the Zoho CRMs data.

    7. Once the connection is established, users within the organization can configure their preferred instance by accessing the My Account page. See Connecting to an Individual Zoho CRM Account for more information.
    8. In Responsive, admins have the option to ensure that the application only connects to a designated Zoho CRM instance. To enable this check the Connect using Admin account instead of Individual user account checkbox.

    9. Under the File Export section, check the Auto-Publish Export Package to Zoho CRM box if you want the response package automatically published to Zoho CRM.
      Note: If you do not check this box, you can still manually publish response packages during the export process. See Exporting Response Packages to Zoho CRM for more information.

    10. Select the Zoho CRM objects that you want to associate with projects or intakes.

    11. Click Enable Instance.

    12. Click Save.
